General Information:

Refined and deodorized corn oil is produced by additional purification (refining) of crude corn oil. The oil is refined and deodorized without the use of chemical reagents.

Corn oil is easily digested, saturated with vitamins and does not form carcinogens during frying. Therefore, it has wide use in the food industry for frying, salad dressing, for margarine manufacturing, mayonnaise, sauces, and as an ingredient for bakery products and chips.
