Interstarch Ukraine is engaged in the production of the baking mix ingredients. Native and modified starches, glucose and glucose-fructose syrups, as a source of carbohydrates for the yeast cycle, give pastry volume and improve its texture. Dried glucose syrups in the mixtures serve as a natural sweetener, increasing the shelf life of baking products. Wheat gluten is added to baking mixes to give perfect crisp to the finished product.

Interstarch Ukraine offers ТМ Gründorf gluten-free baking mixes: universal, for baking white bread, home, and dark bread, for baking ginger and honey bread, biscuits, and cookies. The use of gluten-free TM Gründorf mixtures provides the traditional taste and flavor of finished products, while the gluten content in the mixtures is not more than 20 mg per 1 kg of the finished product.
