We would like to inform you that The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine has assured force majeure situation due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, which became the basis for the imposition of martial law by Presidential Decree №64 from 5:30 am on February 24.

Russia attacked Ukraine, it is war not only on the Ukrainian people, but also on the entire world. There are no illusions, Russian Federation seeks to occupy Ukraine and tear it away from the world forever, seeks to destroy democracy and the people of Ukraine. All that can be done right now by Ukraine, every company, every person on the territory of our sovereign state is to defend. Defend our families and friends, defend our people, defend our country from enemies in the face of Russia.

Сьогодні, 21 грудня 2021 року, з порушенням процедури розгляду справи, АМКУ прийняв рішення про застосування штрафних санкцій до ТОВ «Інтерстарч Україна», ПрАТ «Дніпровський КПК» та ПрАТ «Інтеркорн» в розмірі 283 мільйони гривень за нібито зловживання товариствами становищем на ринку первинної реалізації патоки крохмальної та сиропів протягом 2018-2020 років.  Товариства обурені абсолютно безпідставними та необґрунтованими висновками регулятора. Ми вважаємо, що дії АМКУ направлені виключно на політичне переслідування колишнього кінцевого бенефіціарного власника товариств, Порошенка Петра Олексійовича. Не випадково це рішення регулятора цілком співпадає у часі із новою політично мотивованою атакою правоохоронної системи на п’ятого Президента України.
