Interstarch team participated in Food Ingredients Asia 2024

Food Ingredients Asia is more than just an exhibition. A wide selection of conferences, seminars, discussion panels, tastings and hands-on shows attract more than 22,000 visitors to Jakarta. Almost 700 participants from 60 countries offer visitors maximum knowledge about innovations and industry trends.

Among the products presented by Interstarch within the exhibition are native and modified starches based on waxy corn, pregelatinized starches, maltodextrins and dry glucose syrups, crystalline fructose.

Interstarch technologists have field-tested solutions, and our ingredients are widely used in the production of snacks, mayonnaise, ketchup and other sauces, fruit fillings, vegan cheese, dairy desserts, confectionery, canned foods, processed meat and fish products, etc.
