Interstarch participated in Gulfood 2026, held in Dubai from 26 to 30 January, one of the largest gatherings in the global food and ingredients industry. The exhibition brought together over 8,500 companies from more than 190 countries and welcomed hundreds of thousands of visitors over the course of the event, covering 12 future-focused sectors and providing a unique platform to exchange knowledge, explore trends, and discover new solutions shaping the future of food. This year, the event was particularly notable for taking place across two major exhibition venues, reflecting its growing scale and international reach.

At our stand, the Interstarch team welcomed numerous visitors and presented our comprehensive portfolio of high-quality food ingredients produced in our facilities. Among the products showcased were native and modified starches, maltodextrins, vital wheat gluten, crystalline fructose, and gluten-free solutions, designed to meet diverse formulation needs across bakery, beverages, confectionery, sauces, and other food applications.

Throughout the event, we engaged in productive discussions with partners and customers, sharing insights on ingredient functionality, application challenges, and emerging trends in the industry.
