Taking place once every three years, IBIE is the largest and most influential trade event for the baking industry in the Western Hemisphere. It brings together professionals from across the global grain-based food sector to explore the latest trends, technologies, and ingredients. This year, the exhibition welcomed thousands of attendees, including bakery and confectionery manufacturers, suppliers, and industry experts from around the world.
Interstarch, with many years of experience participating in the iba exhibition, was proud to join IBIE and further strengthen its presence in the North American market.
At our booth, the Interstarch team presented a comprehensive range of high-quality ingredient solutions, including vital wheat gluten, maltodextrins, native and modified starches, gluten-free solutions.
