Interstarch presented its products at IFE 2025 in London

For the second consecutive year, Interstarch participated in IFE 2025, the largest food and beverage exhibition in the UK, held from March 17 to 19 in London. This significant business event attracted over 1,000 suppliers from around the world, opening new opportunities in food production and ingredients. IFE 2025, International Food & Drink Event, was a true journey into the world of innovative flavors. Each visitor could find everything they needed — from food and beverages to the latest technologies, packaging solutions, and specialized services. The exhibition provided an excellent platform for Ukrainian manufacturers; despite the challenges faced by the country, the food industry remains strong, and our companies are promising partners for the European market.

During the exhibition, numerous seminars and culinary shows were held, focusing on current trends in the food industry. Over 30,000 visitors attended five parallel events. Key factors for potential clients included product novelty, high quality, and effective supply chain management. The Interstarch team proudly showcased its products at IFE 2025: native and modified starches, maltodextrins, dry syrups, crystalline fructose, and gluten-free ingredients widely used in the production of sauces, mayonnaises, cheeses, yogurts, and baked goods.
