

Interstarch took part in IFE Manufacturing 2026, a major industry exhibition dedicated to food and drink manufacturing, ingredients, and processing solutions. The event was held from 30 March to 1 April 2026 in London, United Kingdom, and formed part of the International Food & Drink Event, one of the country’s most important meeting points for professionals across the food and beverage sector.
The exhibition brought together manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, technology providers, and product developers from the United Kingdom and international markets. For companies operating in the food and beverage industry, IFE Manufacturing serves as a valuable platform for presenting solutions, exchanging expertise, and exploring new opportunities for cooperation.
During the exhibition, the Interstarch team welcomed visitors to its stand and presented the company’s portfolio of functional ingredients for food and beverage applications, including native and modified starches, maltodextrins, crystalline fructose, vital wheat gluten, and gluten-free solutions. These ingredients are widely used in modern food production across categories such as bakery, dairy products, snacks, sauces, and other.
Throughout the three days of the event, the Interstarch team held numerous meetings with partners, customers, and industry professionals. Discussions focused on ingredient functionality, product development challenges, and the evolving needs of manufacturers in the United Kingdom and neighboring markets.
