Interstarch team participates in IFT FIRST 2025 in Chicago

In July 2025, Interstarch took part in IFT FIRST (Food Improved by Research, Science, and Technology), one of the premier events for food innovation in the United States, held annually in Chicago, Illinois.

Having participated in the event for several years, Interstarch was pleased to once again strengthen its presence in the North American market and present its expanding portfolio of high-quality ingredients to industry professionals, partners, and new prospects.

At this year’s event, Interstarch showcased a wide range of ingredient solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of modern food production, such as native and modified starches, maltodextrins, crystalline fructose, vital wheat gluten, and gluten-free solutions for specialized diets

Our qualified team was available on-site to provide detailed insights into the functionality and application of our ingredients across various product categories — from bakery and confectionery to beverages and gluten-free products.

IFT FIRST is recognized as North America’s leading scientific event and trade show dedicated to the future of food. Each year, it brings together scientists, technologists, ingredient suppliers, and food manufacturers to explore the latest developments in food science, innovation, and sustainability. The 2025 edition featured a strong lineup of keynote sessions focused on New Technologies & Innovation, Sustainability & Climate, Health & Nutrition, Food Safety, and Consumer Insights & Education.
