Interstarch participates in IFT FIRST 2026

From 13 to 15 July 2026, Interstarch exhibited at IFT FIRST Annual Event & Expo, held at McCormick Place in Chicago, USA.

Organized by the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), IFT FIRST is widely recognized as the premier event for the North American food industry. Every year, it attracts thousands of professionals from across the food value chain, including ingredient manufacturers and suppliers, food producers, R&D specialists, product developers, scientists, and business leaders. The exhibition serves as an important platform for presenting new ingredient solutions, discussing market trends, and establishing business connections throughout the region.

For Interstarch, participation in IFT FIRST provides an opportunity to engage directly with customers and partners from the U.S. and international markets, exchange insights on current industry developments, and discuss the application of functional ingredients in modern food production.

During the exhibition, the company presented its portfolio of native and modified starches, maltodextrins, liquid and dried glucose syrups, gluten-free wheat starch, and plant-based proteins.
