Interstarch Ukraine took part in the Alimentaria exhibition in Barcelona

Interstarch Ukraine participated in the Alimentaria 2018 exhibition in Barcelona from 16 to 19 April, where 4500 companies from 70 countries presented their best and innovative products.

Alimentaria annual exhibition dedicated to the food industry — food, drinks, and food ingredients. In recent years, it has become one of the largest platforms in the world for business communication and the internationalization of the food industry.

Interstarch Ukraine presented a wide range of its products at the exhibition. Especially visitors were interested in the line of our gluten-free products — gluten-free starch and gluten-free mixtures for baking white, dark, homemade bread, biscuits and cookies. At Alimentaria 2018, these mixtures became the basis of the master class for the preparation of gluten-free baking and were recognized by the master-chef from Spain due to its taste, an appearance of the finished product and ease of preparation.

Such large-scale events allow us to learn about advanced technologies and consumer trends for introducing the most effective innovations in our own production.
