Interstarch representatives participated in the annual exhibition SupplySide West & Food Ingredients North America 2024, held on October 30-31, 2024, in Las Vegas, USA and presented its line of ingredients for food and beverages manufacturing.
SupplySide West in collaboration with Food Ingredients North America annually brings together more than 1,500 professionals in the field of food and beverage production, food ingredients, beauty and health, dietary supplement, functional food, and sports nutrition.
The SupplySide West 2024 exhibition focuses on science-based approaches in the development of ready-to-eat foods, environmental protection and sustainable development, leading to global food sustainability.
At the exhibition Interstarch team presented products which are in high demand in the US and Canadian markets, such as vital wheat gluten, modified and pregelatinized starches, maltodextrins, native wheat and corn starches, and gluten-free wheat starch. Interstarch ingredients are widely used in various sauces and mayonnaises, dressings, meat semi-finished products, dairy and snack production.
According to Regional Sales Manager Nick Prognimak: "The US market is always actively developing and often becomes a source of new trends in the food industry. This is especially true of functional products such as freeze-dried products, dry mixes and long-life products, which are increasingly used in modern life. Such products require special ingredients.
