Interstarch participated in the F Istanbul 2023

Interstarch within Export Promotion Center collective stand took part in one of the largest regional exhibitions F Istanbul, which took place on July 12-14, 2023 at Istanbul Expo Center, Turkey.

F Istanbul is the most comprehensive event in Turkey, covering food and beverage industry, processing technologies, ingredients production, design, packaging. Turkey is one of the largest food producing and exporting states that has more than 83 million population, that is why F Istanbul is so important for the country and the region in general.

More than 1,000 brands from more than 40 countries were exhibitors at F Istanbul event and about 15,000 international visitors from 96 countries attended the event this year.

Interstarch presented at the exhibition its products like modified corn starches, wheat gluten, pregelatinized corn and wheat starches, crystalline fructose and other products for food and feed industries.

According to Eugene Popovskiy, Deputy Director – Foreign Trade: "Turkey is a massive region without its own production of such products as modified wheat starches and vital wheat gluten.
