Interstarch participated in Africa Food Manufacturing 2023

FOOD INGREDIENTS AFRICA and ProPak MENA took place on May 28-30, 2023, at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre in Cairo, Egypt. Fi Africa is the leading exhibition desk for the food industry and related industries in the Middle East and North Africa region.

This year the event gathered more than 10,000 visitors and more than 350 exhibitors from over 20 countries. The exhibition is dedicated to food and beverages production and processing, wide range of ingredients for the food industry, packaging, logistics, storage, food industry safety.

Interstarch team presented at the exhibition its latest developments in the production of modified starches, maltodextrins, pregelatinized wheat and corn starches, as well as native starches from waxy corn, wheat and regular corn, wheat gluten.

Within the expo many B2B meetings were held with current and potential business partners of the company, we got know about food industry’s modern trends in the region and presented solutions for using Interstarch products in the food industry.
