Annually, the representatives of Interstarch participate in Food Ingredients Europe exhibition - the largest event of food ingredients and technologies in Europe, which has gained global importance over many years. The exhibition was held on November 28-30, 2023 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany and gathered more than 25,000 visitors and about 1,200 exhibitors.
Food Ingredients Europe is an international exhibition for food additives, bringing together the world's leading F&B suppliers, buyers, R&D experts, manufacturing specialists and investors. Within FI Europe, new industry trends and tendencies for the future of the food industry appear.
FI Europe 2023 trends were ingredients of plant origin, the most careful attitude to the environment during production and focus on the consumers’ health.
Interstarch presented its new products, as well as well-known ingredients on the European and world markets such as native and modified starches, liquid and dried glucose syrups, maltodextrins, crystalline fructose, vital wheat gluten and ingredients for gluten-free production.
