Interstarch presented its products at Gulfood Manufacturing & Ingredients 2023 in Dubai, UAE

Interstarch traditionally took part in the annual Gulfood Manufacturing & Ingredients exhibition, which was held on November 7-9, 2023 in Dubai, UAE.

As the global food and beverage industry moves into a new era characterized by greater stability, flexibility and efficiency, 3,000 participants from 80 countries presented thousands of innovations and solutions for the food industry.

The exhibition welcomed around 36,000 visitors and included 5 major focus areas: ingredients and additives, processing, packaging, supply chain solutions and automation.

Interstarch team presented its line of ingredients for the food and feed industry: native corn and wheat starches, maltodextrins and dry glucose syrups, wheat gluten, modified, pregelatinized starches and crystalline fructose.
