Interstarch took part in Alimentaria exhibition, which was held on 18-21 March, 2024 in Barcelona, Spain.
Traditionally, the company's stand featured numerous new and well-known ingredients for the food and beverage industries in the European market, as well as a number of solutions for gluten-free baking.
Alimentaria is one of the largest international F&B and gastronomy exhibitions, known for showcasing the latest trends and innovations in these industries.
Alimentaria brings together professionals from all sectors of the food and beverage industry, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, chefs and catering professionals from more than 52 countries worldwide.
It's worth noting that the exhibition primarily focuses on producers and consumers from Southern European regions including Spain, Italy, and Portugal. Current trends at Alimentaria focus on traditional, quality-driven, and culturally significant food production.
The exhibition is a ground for more than 3,000 exhibitors presenting their products and services. Attendees have the opportunity to discover the latest trends in F&B, food ingredients, as well as innovative packaging solutions, technological advances and sustainability initiatives that are shaping industry’s future. Numerous cooking programs featured in the exhibition, hosted by renowned chefs, offer valuable insights into evolving gastronomic trends and innovations.
