This year the exhibition was dedicated to the global food industry’s sustainable development and ensuring the highest quality of bakery products. Exhibitors demonstrated innovations in the raw material industry and ingredients, as well as production and sales technologies. Extra attention is always paid to storage technologies.
Among the products which Interstarch team presented at the Munich Exhibition Center were modified wheat and corn starches, vital wheat gluten, maltodextrins and a wide range of glucose and maltose syrups. Special attention was paid to the ingredients for gluten-free bakery production. All Interstarch ingredients are used for snack production, bakery and confectionary industries. Among this year novities are pregelatinized modified and native starches, which are indispensable for salty snacks production, first for coated nuts.
