Interstarch took part in one of the largest food exhibitions in North America, Supply Side West 2023, which took place on October 23-27, 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Supply Side West in collaboration with Food Ingredients North America, brings together buyers and suppliers of ingredients for food, dietary supplement, beverage, functional food and sports nutrition industries. Supply Side West 2023 featured the latest top trends and solutions in the food and beverage industries, as well as many start-ups that usually get a lot of attention.

Among the products presented by Interstarch team at the exhibition and which are in high demand in the US and Canadian markets were vital wheat gluten, modified and pregelatinized starches, maltodextrins, sweeteners, native wheat and corn starches.
