General Information:

The native waxy starch is a natural ingredient with up to 99% of amylopectin, made from waxy corn. This starch paste has an increased transparency. For the global food industry, waxy corn starch is an important raw material. It is a good option for the modified starch partial replacement in case of not hard production conditions. Compared to native corn starch, the low brewing temperature and increased viscosity of waxy corn starch reduce the dosage of starch in the finished product.
