Modified wheat starch Allstarch Highstab Pax 110 has been stabilized and cross-linked to improve its processing properties. As a result, increased functionality and viscosity, maintained resistance to the influence of temperatures, acidity, and mechanical action in different process conditions. Allstarch Highstab Pax 110 is used as a stabilizer and thickener in manufacture of semi-finished products, sauces, dairy products, fillers in confectionery and bakery products. It improves the stability of the finished products structure throughout their shelf life.
